During the last years, a fundamental part of Nacho’s role has been to help in the development and expansion of the Astilleros de Mallorca shipyard, into the ever growing STP facilities. There he had been working in the Production Department, helping to implement a strategic plan for the growth of the company. After that plan was successfully in place, he gained experience by overseeing a team of 15 people in the office, including Project Managers, accounts and general administration staff.

Nacho joined Hill Robinson in October 2020.
