After graduating in French and Italian from the Ovidius University in Romania, Mihaela taught French before joining Oceania Cruises where she worked her way up to Cellar Master. In 2009 Mihaela entered the superyacht world as a Chief Stewardess and served onboard for the following 7 years.

Mihaela joined Hill Robinson in November 2015.
