Born in Austria with dual American citizenship, Lena spent her formative years in the French Alps near Grenoble, France. It is there that she cultivated a passion for the hospitality industry, learning how to create memorable experiences and forming meaningful connections with clients. Lena’s academic pursuits led her to study near Vienna, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she dived into the world of luxury event management and social media marketing. Her professional training has taught her how to leverage platforms and networks to effectively attract top talent and engage with aspiring crew.
