Kayleigh Liddell
Crew Services Manager
Kayleigh brings experience as a recruitment manager, quality assurance manager, operations and human resources manager to her role as crew services manager with Hill Robinson.
With a rich background in establishing HR frameworks for international startups, she has successfully shaped policies and welfare initiatives for employees. She also is the co-founder of a social enterprise supporting young women in STEM education.
At Hill Robinson, Kayleigh works across multiple departments to maintain and develop crew support services. She is a point of contact for all crew matters, liaising with yacht managers, coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures, overseeing appraisals, and improving workplace policies for crew.
Kayleigh recognises that it’s the crew who make an experience aboard a superyacht special. Her background in human resources means she is focused on the individual, dedicated to placing crew members at the forefront of the conversation and embodying Hill Robinson’s commitment to providing an exceptional employment experience.
