Hugo has spent four years as a crew member on large private and charter yachts. Prior to this experience he worked in the industrial sector in France before he moved to Australia where he worked as a recruitment manager whilst studying. His desire to be land based led him to work in yacht recruitment and become a recruitment consultant.

Hugo joined Hill Robinson in 2021.
